On December 13, 2023, NWSA Executive Director Dave Mitamura testified before the House Transportation and Infrastructure/Water Resources and Environment subcommittee on Stakeholder Priorities for WRDA 2024.
His testimony focused on elevating water supply as a priority within the Corps of Engineers.
