​Key Issues/Challenges: Growth.  Northeast Missouri is a slow-growing area of the country and is a relatively low-income area.  We have plenty of water but the infrastructure to get it to potential new members is costly.  Finding ways to add members to our commission to take advantage of the water the commission has paid for is a challenge.
